MDT ANTI WEAR HYDRAULIC OIL

DESCRIPTION

MDT Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil NO. 68 is a high performance anti-wear hydraulic oil developed for high pressure hydraulic systems operating under moderate to severe conditions in mobile and industrial service. The hydraulic oil is formulated from highly refined base stocks and carefully selected additives to provide outstanding anti-wear properties, excellent oxidation stability, superior demulsibility and corrosion protection. Recommended for use in hydraulic systems, chain drives compressors, mining machinery, machine tools, enclosed gear boxes (not requiring EP oils), circulating oiling systems etc., wherein oil is re-circulated and used for extensive period.

APPLICATION

  • Recommended for all hydraulic systems regardless of the operating pressure.
  • Specifically designed for hydraulic systems operating over 1000 psi which require antiwear protection for pump parts.
  • Recommended for all hydraulic pump designs including vane, gear, and axial and radial piston pumps.
  • Widely used in machine tools, presses, die casting machines, circulating systems and hydraulic control systems.
  • Used in lubrication of plain and anti-friction bearings, airline lubricators, reciprocating air compressors, moderately loaded gear sets.
